Excellent and challenging

The work lm doing its challenging though l don't see any chance of me growing l am not given credit even if its my input. My co workers seniors always take my ideas as theirs. But l always co- operate as team player. I have learnt to do my task and knowing that one day l will use my expertise somewhere. I enjoy most when my input is used though l won't b recognised. Its a challenging job because l am given task by different people but at the end l win

Pros: No chance of growing that is promotion
Cons: long hours l don't mind as long l achieve my goals

Excellent and willing to learn

Always willing to learn and work well in a team. Very dominant person and a lively one . Enjoy a fun place to work in and handling objections as it gives me a better oportunity to do my job.

Pros: Growth and recognition
Cons: Earning commition
