been with the company as a customer serves agent worked for 8 months than promoted to another department for great performance have nominated for best top performer for both department still current working and maintain the standards that are required from me

I started working there when we were in a skills program for 3months

I learnt working in a call center here and working in different campaigns and handling pressure and working with different kinds of people .working long hours even on 16 December you have to work no bonus you will use your December salary to come to work in DEC and Jan if u have not made enough commission you we're in trouble cause 1 survey was R7. 00

Pros: Great opportunity fr someone who has no experience
Cons: Long working hours

Excellent learning curve

customer service went under medical aid field got broader perspective on how medical aid works benefits provided how each limit provided with the benefits work got to do comparison with other medical aids how they operate what difference each medical aid works went to the field of quality assure within the department got to be expose in so many levels of training and understanding how evaluation of calls work conducting coaching sessions with agents one on one and conducting training with the agents on the product knowledge telephone ethics professionalism how each employer should conduct themselves at work

Pros: great opportunity for promotion and growth cause i was the one of the individuals who got promoted
Cons: no increments (no increase )

Good supervision and effective Team work.

The job started as learnership for Generic management to sales consultant, I worked with good teams in Jpmarket campaign (Forex trading) and Absa life (Flexi funeral cover) campaign.. I have learned alot in sales and telesales and looking towards writting an RE 1 in the next 3months to come. Provided i get an insurance job it will be a challenge.

Growth and promotions

working as a customer agent before even finishing my first year i got promoted to a quality assure agent where i am still currently employed as a quality assure

Good learning experience.

The company has taught me a lot, it changed my outlook on life and how I go about my everyday activities. I have grown and helped a lot of people while working here.

Good

I've learnt a lot at my company and the my colleagues were good people although your hard work is not appreciated. I've enjoyed learning other staff that I didn't know when I first joined the company
