Every day is a new challenge. This company looks after their employees. there are always events focussed at staff which is amazing. I have learnt so much at this company. My experience will certainly pave ways for greater things to come.

Best company to work for and you get recognized and awarded for the work you do

For the past 5 years had the best time working for telesure . If it wasnt for me not getting the Regulatory Exam ill still be working for the company. Good vibe. Friendly staf I worked from 8 to 4h30 and if theres overtime they pay you for that. Annual Function. Best company ro work for

Trust to make big business decisions.

✓ Telephonically capture a claim with the clients. ✓ Finding suppliers and appointing assessors. ✓ Administer and validate claim. ✓ Investigate the claim by talking to SAPS and other parties involved. ✓ Check client’s previous insurance for No Claim Bonus. ✓ Randomly check with other insurers if client is Dual insured. ✓ Check with previous insurers for cancelation reasons. ✓ Look out for fraudulent claims. ✓ If claim is rejected notify client of rejection reasons. ✓ If claim settled notify client of settlement and details of the supplier. ✓ Updating underwriting on clients policy.

Pros: Able to work under pressure. Reach target if needed to.
Cons: Taking a lot to of work without realizing it’s a lot.
