Good customer service
I am a young man who is a hard worker, who has good communication skills, who is able to work under pressure, who is able to work well with other people and who is willing to learn new things. Discipline curve
Straight after high school I still had a very relaxed mentality, I started at Aegis global (Telkom mobile) we had shifts so it was difficult to maintain a social life as well as a work I decided to rather work and get paid the experience was overwhelming the environment was friendly but i also learned how to work under pressure.
Pros: Nice environment

Growth, self trust and a learning curve
I have learned soo much as I was a customer service agent then moved to be a 2IC, them a SME then to quality Assurance agent, it's been a learning experience for me and also great full of opportunities given to me and for my senior to trust me with company information, I've grown as an individual and it's all credit to this company, I've learned to work by myself and also be able to work with a team, understand the corporate world and dealing with different types of people, it's has been a great journey and a learning curve for me,
Pros: Growth and promotion being an Customer Service agent to 2IC, SME and to Quality Assurance
Cons: Working flexible hours and covering missing hours caused by load shedding

Electronics engineering
I was doing installation,wiring and maintanance. I tarminate 100 pair cable and worked with heights also.I am hardworker and I can work under pressure.I can work as a team.I can do the job in accordingly.

Great Learning experience
The job experience has always been a learning curve,getting to know how to handle different kinds of clients each day,reaching monthly targets,meeting new people.I like being a sale consultant,i enjoy to sell

Excellent experience
The company is amazing and the Job is okay for a start. I have learned a lot especially on the computer. I can now operate Microsoft word,excel , Aria and CRM. I also learned how to be vigilant of fraudsters and I have dealt with different types of custoners. My selling skills have improved. I can now convince a customer to buy what they were not looking to buy and I can make customers fall in love with products they never knew. I feel ready for a new challenge since I am hands on and I work hard and very smart.

Easy to work with and a fast learner
I am young ambitious women who is well motivated. I am a fast learner, a hard working person, easy to work with and would like to increase my skills. I am a people's person. Have a very good team work ethic.

I loved working with my fellow employees
Working in Telkom mobile store as a store manager gave me a huge experience as a person and I learned more about managing staff and the store including all cash, stock, HR documents, monthly roster and daily reports including database and all admin work.
Pros: Great opportunity for promotions are to be grabbed.
Cons: Long hour but preferably 8-9 hours

Excellent learning
I have gained a huge experience and will always be greatful for that as I learned how to manage number of 8-10 people and I have also learned how to be a strong manager with just the experience of managing people with different characters. My colleagues became my family as its the only place I spent 80% of my time.
