Depending on the work flow it is quite hectic when it comes to pa days plus targets have to be met. as for the relationship with the co- workers super we motivate each other at all times that gives you energy to do better each and every day. Iv learnt a lot in terms of the nature of the business having to meet targets to earn a rank our incentives. The relationship I have with my customers is awesome motivates me a lot the compliments the send back to the company are awesome . Due to the nature of the business the most challenging aspects of the business are the fluctuating shifts , shifts can change 3 times a week but they are manageable but as for a person like me looking forward to future my studies they are quite tough.
