EXPERIENCED
Average environment with day to day challenges.do fibre termination to clients and cutover.working environment is normal and faced with workshop challenges but mostly dealing with customers.learned alot and acquired massive expertise on fibre environment.i enjoy working with fibre and it has become my life.facing cold weathers during the nights when doing cutover

Good company to work for
I manage projects and sure that all outstanding issues are resolved. Being known by all the team members makes my work very easy and exciting. Building good relationships with influential people is very rewarding. It is very important to be up to date with the latest technologies (every thing revolves around technology). I get exited when I see my projects being implemented on time and seeing clients being happy at all times.

We configure customers routers if they cant connect to the internet.
i have learned how to handle angry customers and also how to configure modems and make customer connect to the internet if they cant connect,we even log fault if we cant make them make call,

Excellent learning curve

My day start with a daily meeting with the all staff .
AsAs the Snr Sales consultant I have to assist all new staff members. So my staff interaction was very good. After the start up meeting we start the day with a war cry, yes that prepare as for the day. My day is normally filled with good sales and yes the good and not so good customers. AAs the

They is room for improvement
well at first it was not a good place to work in as i was still new,and i was not used to my staff members. but now all is well as i am enjoying working for such a big brand like telkom,and also i am happy that now i understand almost everything with regards to the internet connection as a whole.
