No chance for improvement, no increases, no bonuses and no leave pay. No training and no benefits. Very unprofessional company. At first you enjoy going to work and then the shock. Very busy company in a fast working environment.

Challenging working experience

Firstly working underground on its own its a challenge and been surrounded by intelligent workers like them its really makes it easy for one to endeavour positive production and sometimes u forget to take lunch because theres a target and so doing we sometimes exceed expectations,its a good feeling,though having to deal with things like heat stroke and follow first aid procedure's like knowing your CPR.GREAT experience

Pros: Great opportunity
Cons: Sometimes working long hour
