I am the rainmaker constantly driving sales through finding products for the market and the Diesel room Looking strategically at market trends to determine the general direction of growth I drive branch managers and internal team Manage finance with the GM/Fin manager Contact customers and suppliers on a regular basis

Pros: I am a strategic thinker and are very capable to lead people to my goals. I get involved
Cons: My management style is predominantly being a leader but when people constantly disappoint i do become a task driver with the individual
