I'm hard worker energetic, I like smiling I'm fast in everything I do

Well I have learnt how to react when the customer is angry. I have learnt how to work with different racist an I can communicate with everyone I'm friendly. I can speak well with the customer thru phone call. I had challenges though such as when ma mother was sick I made phone call earlier that day informing the manager won't make it cos have to go to the hospital I was starting 12:00 amthat day I made phone call around 9:30 am. An they made me choose between my mother an my job twas so bad I couldn't concentrate well so decided to stay at home Tim my mother get better.

Pros: Improve targets all the time. Convince the customer till she or he sees the good of our products
Cons: 9:00 6:00 or 12:00 21:00

Excellent learning curve

A typical work day is from 9-4 or 5-9 night shift. we as co-workers have a good relationship it is not easy being a telemarketer I enjoy the environment the most the most challenging is to make sales

Cons: salary not that good

Excellent learning curve

It is my first position in my HR career and I have learned a lot in a short period of time. My colleagues are very supportive and will to teach me everything I need to know in the HR field. I have learned recruitment, administration (Recruitment, ER, training and development), training and development. The company took me to ER Training and I have learned a lot.

Pros: great enviroment to learn
Cons: Small chances of a getting a permanent position.

Excellent

Good working environment that teaches you values of the company, workers are good to work with and it's all about learning if u are ready to learn. The company has no problem the problem usually lies with area management but that's something you can cope with but if u Dont have a heart you might resign

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Long working hours
