Great Start to career

TGIS is a professional service provider with main clients being various municipalities. There are strict deadlines and cut off dates and the entire company is very fast paced. The employees function as a small family, everyone trying to do their best. I have learnt much, as one person needs to fulfill various roles. Sometimes there has not been sufficient training and more of a learn on the job aspect.

Good Learning curve

Running arround daily to get things fixed, because of old infrastructure, maintaining servers daily. working with people that does not want to think for themselves.

Excellent learning curve

I enjoyed working at THIS. I had a good relation with my colleagues. The reason why I left the company is that the organization was retrenching people and I was one of them

Everyone enjoys to work with me because I am down to earth kind of a person who likes to communicate with everyone at my disposal. I am a goal oriented somebody
