It was a excellent learning curve for the whole 15years

I feel like I should get paid more than I am getting paid now for serving the company for 15years and though not in a same department, due to deductions of willing to learn and grow with the company since I have full 3years of expirience in the department of engineering as an Instrument mechanician.

Pros: Salary not in scale with the experience I have
Cons: Hard to get promotion though there's a shortage of stuff

Experience as an electrician

With the number of years in the trade I managed to learn a lot about the trade and how broad it is. My experience is not only in the mining industry but I also learned about everything else trade related.

Pros: Expand in the field
Cons: Not having enough resources to my job perfectly
