I came in having my own knowledge and uped the standard tremendously

I work 8 hours or more at times no over time paid no benefits but still I am passionate about meeting guests needs at all times as I am passionate at what I do.

Pros: I drives me to see guests happy and I am able to meet their needs
Cons: Long working hours no benefits or overtime paid

Great place , poor management

A beautiful place only tainted by selective managers, long hours with no reward or. Staff works very hard and gets paid close to nothing . Qualification don’t matter. Half are in the same salary bracket. No perks even buy your own uniform which is very expensive.

Pros: Great environment
Cons: No benefits
