At The Bed Centre there is no room for growth. You work your behind off and don't get recognised. I do stocktake, receiving and dispatching and still there is no appreciation from the bosses.

Pros: Nothing I can think of.
Cons: Working hours and no room for growth.

Nothing to review. No growing opportunities. You stay exactly where they employ you.

It's a good company, but just, there is no room for growth. There is no equal opportunities. I work well with my colleagues. I have learned a lot, but just there are no growth opportunities.
