Developing Communications strategies Media lobbying Content creation Great working relationship with colleagues who are team players. I have learnt about communications. Everyday brings something new to learn. What can be challenging at times is working with clients who have unrealistic expectations especially when it comes to deadlines.

Pros: Learning a bit of everything because its a very small team
Cons: Long hours

Good experience and taught me a lot

It was a good two years byt i wish they could have given me an opportunity to be exposed to more learning and I wish we had review meetings where they tell me how am i performing and where am I lacking and need to improve.

Pros: It was close to home
Cons: The culture there wasn't that great
