Excellent exposure and career growth

Managing 4 to 6 site at a time with full accountability on budget, time, profitability and client satisfaction. I have a team of 6 employees per site. With a site agent driving each site and reporting to me. Most challenging a frustrating is finding the right people to build excellent teams on each site.

Pros: Great exposure to all aspects
Cons: Long hours, continuous pressure, fast track project, under paid and over worked

Excellent

Its a construction company that we walk for lonf hours from 7 to half five and we are under staff and that makes it difficult to work. But one thing i love is the the guys i work with they have a no die spirite.

Pros: Oppotunity and growth

Great opportunity within company

Awesome company where I leant quite a bit... They teach a person how to adapt to a stressful and time constraint situation. Great working invironment.
