Great opportunity to learn

I learnt how to work on a computer as a cashier, and again how to receive stock, customer service. Working as a team was productive. Everyone was allocated with a task. I enjoyed working with customers, and communicating with them, I also enjoyed working with stock, from receiving stock to capturing it on the system. And again working as security, to secure trading stock. I also learnt the importance of product knowledge, because it's helps in terms of assisting the customer with the product that want

Great learning experience

Its a small store and few staff and lots of work . one person perform work for 3 people. A shop assistant is also a cashier, merchandiser and also a customer service representative. An assistant store manager also a merchandiser, cashier, customer service representative, this makes delegation challenging for store managers as everyone already is doing a lot and you are only 4 staff members. Receiving stock twice a week, have to receipt and check stock against invoice, supervise the staff

5 star customer service

nkijgmy daily basis work as store manager is to ensure that store is fully replinshed with more stock and quality ock. Clean and all staff are ready to e all customers the best customer services Do banking Place orders for all stocks that are running out

Good company

Salary not to good Now growth potential tial Very nice exec Nice company to work for Provident fund and bonus with profit share payouts Not many black people at head office Senior management all white No room for growth with in the company as it is private owned

Mind opening and growing

BeWoWorking at the Crazy Store is enjoyable , mind opening and growing at the same time. The relationship is very professional . I enjoy being around our customers they very friendly . It has it own challenges like any other place however as a trained assistant you always esure that you keep it professional and smile always.rk

Excellent learning curve

I am a reliable and trustworthy worker I love working with people and work very well in a groupe I like motivating former coleuges and always positive I have the ability to push myself to beter my work ethic and ambrace a good work environment I am very friendly and outspoken.
