Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic and I am flexible and always eager to learn.
After 10 years with my conpany I learnt a great deal of customer service as the company provide continuous training to improve knowlege and skills. In my line of work we deal with different personalities on a day to day basis, which is challeging at times but it provides so much knowledge and experience. I enjoy meeting new people and enjoy making clients happy. I work with a wonderful team and i constantly motivate them to be the best at everything. I share important infomation with discretion. The most challenging aspects of my job is dealing with angry customers but I always manage to keep my clients happy in the end. I love my job, but in my current company there is no growth behond store management.

Gained experience
I have experience in HR, SETA, training and general administration. I have managed a mass learnership recruitment project for a big logistics company while I was being trained as a Junior SDF at Whitezulu. Liaising with the SETA, Department of Labor(Durban, Gauteng, and Cape Town), employer company and unemployed youth. Currently I facilitate till systems and two modules of Learnership program and assess the summatives.

Daily duties
In the morning I start with administration for the day before. Making sure everything has been filed properly and signed. Then read the emails from a day before to ensure that everything has been done. I then continue to do a floor walk with my team to see if all visual standards are adhered to. I work well with my team and I can also work independently. During the day we focus on customer service. We also received stock boxes which we have to unpack, check if all is in order, receipt the stock on the system, price and merchandise it accordingly.

The not so Good Busby
I work in a very friendly environment and and typical day consists of liaising with contractors about project cost and payment structures. i collect quotes, create purchase orders and request payments I have learnt negotiation skills and the ins and out of the business with regards to store development. The most challenging aspects of my job is that we are a team of two and handle a lot of projects at the same time. The company doesn't replace staff but adds additional work into our daily KPA

Cons: no growth, no structure,long working hours,empty promises

I am fast learner
I am a hard-working young man who couldn’t complete his higher education in Electrical Studies due to financial exclusion. I then began working as a general worker through Adcorp Blu Outsourcing solutions (previously known as Capital Outsourcing group). Through the agent, I have gain exposure in different companies, Sunbake, City Couriers, MTN, Isando Foods, Bokomo, SAB Limited and The House of Busby. I have been working at the House of Busby for over 2 years now and I have grown from assisting with shipments, to check stock at despatch, then picking and checking and now I am responsible for store supplies.

I have gained experience in general, training, HR administration and project management in the past two years. In the current company I work in I have expanded my knowledge in skills development. I love challenges and always willing to learn.

Learnt a lot from the company and I have grown
I consider myself confident, self motivated and outgoing. I am always interested in gaining knowledge of the skills and to undertake the tasks at hand with my motivation, drive and education. I take full responsibility in what I am asked to do in the best of my capabilities. The jovial trait that I posses makes me someone easy to get along with and a good team player. Pressure is what I thrive on to reap great results.
