Treating other people with respect, they respect you to and it built a good reputation for your company and your self. Working with team it built your self conference and you have idea on how to perform well. It also helps you to handle challenge with a good way and when it comes to customers you handle their problems with the way that will motivate them.

Good work place

The coworkers are too friendly and welcoming, you are not treated like an outcast when around them, a normal day is sometimes a productive one but can be so draining. sometimes you don't work for like a week as a casual due to the budget not adding up and that means no income because its no work no pay I'm leaving the company because now its time to advance my experiences and build a good career path for myself.

Pros: excellent opportunity to learn new skills
Cons: Salary is not satisfying
