I currently work as the Reservations Manager with a team of 3 coordinators reporting directly to me. I am accurate and a good problem solver. My business skills, attention to detail and general aptitude have all served to help make me a passionate hospitality professional. I am recognised for my ability to communicate well with clients, customers and management. I respond immediately to queries and customer satisfaction. The majority of my experience has been within the hospitality industry, and I am confident that I where ever I interact, my guests walk away satisfied. It gives me a great pleasure knowing that I my job is about creating great memories for all our guests.

Good company and now want to explore

Room service supervisor, Running room service, training and development of the waiter, team building, problem solving, administration and time management ,Making the roster for the waitrons, performance contract plus development planner for staff, kronos pay roll.

Pros: Better opotunities
Cons: Very long hours
