A great place to find yourself and meet people of different levels.
A very not challenging place to work in, no growth opportunities. Colleagues are very cosmopolitan individuals and a diverse organisation. I have mastered working as an individual with minimal supervision. Nothing really exciting or to look forward to do the following day.

Pros: Promotion outside the company due organizational structure narration
Cons: At times 10 hours a day due to voluntary overtime, the company has 8 official hours
