A great place to find yourself and meet people of different levels.

A very not challenging place to work in, no growth opportunities. Colleagues are very cosmopolitan individuals and a diverse organisation. I have mastered working as an individual with minimal supervision. Nothing really exciting or to look forward to do the following day.

8 hours a day Clicking system Strictly environmental and partly jolly Art activities such as stage play and all other cultural activities School performances Challenges are different overtime claims format e.g production overtime format for the company.

Pros: Promotion outside the company due organizational structure narration
Cons: At times 10 hours a day due to voluntary overtime, the company has 8 official hours
