Growth.

I am privileged to work in a metal recycling business, it has thought me that most of the things can be recycled and renewed in order to save the environment. To understand this kind of business you have to be involved in the industry because there is no college, university or school which can teach you this kind of business. The only problem is regardless of the knowledge and the experience you gain in the industry you cannot start your own business or work for a competitor due to the strict restraint of trade. My colleagues have shared most of their knowledge with me and they have added more value in my career. Challenges I encounter is that there is minimal growth since only the top is actively involved in day to day running of a business so there is no way you can have an input as an accountant rather than doing normal accounting duties.

Have gained experience in a range of industry's and as an Manager

I ave a vast site that i look after on a daily basis that consist of me trawling a lot, i have a good working relation with my co workers, in the 17 years with the company i have gained experience in a vast range of industry's, i love challenges in live and strive towards excellence.

Well trained in all aspects of business management

The current operation is very busy although it is a nice challenge to achieve site targets. Relationship with workforce is excellent and communication plays an important role. During the years I have also learnt that any manager is as good as the staff working for him as he is the team leader. Teamwork is one of the most important aspects. I enjoy to see people happy at work due to correct training and work knowledge. The most challenging aspects is to ensure the health and safety of workforce. A friendly work environment although complying with rules and regulations will always play the most important role

Pros: I am a strong leader who beleive in fairness and company standards. Achieving targets and cost saving management
