I got to learn how to deal with peole from all walks of life
Working hours start at 7:30 every morning. We start with a meeting then we go to the dialer to meet the deadline for that day. We are taught to lift each other up should we see one person is having a bad day so everyone can be productive, however, this is more in theory than in practice as everyone wants to outdo the next person. I have learnt to be professional at all times even when I feel I am be challenged personally
Pros: You learn team work and to meet deadlines

Execellent learning opportunity and an eye openner
Nwork place is a high enrgy work place. Working hours are long but rewarding. I have a good working relationship with co workers and they were very helpful each and everyday. I have learnt how to do the sales job amd be able to develop people skills at which I learnt how to talk and build rapport with people who cant see me. I have learnt to to be patient and develop a thick skin. What I enjoyed most was tthe team buildings and the actual job and the environment. Morning meetings were always a pick up . Most challenging aspect of the job wis to be able to keep my mind clear of a negative call amd also brushing off an unproductive day,also just just to stay positive but there is also a way I have learnt from the company as to how to deal with that.a typical work day

Amazing work environment. Great culture
We have a unique culture this allows us to lead in an exciting way.i have an excellent relationship with my Coworkers we all work together to achieve great results. I enjoy most about working for my organisation is theme days. we able to relax have a bit of fun before the weekend while still carrying out our daily functions. I would say the most challenging aspects of my job would be multi tasking as I often have to do many functions at the same time, However I have learnt time management skills which has helped me in the last few months.

Excellent and very good company and its affiliates or subsidiaries of companies and individuals who have been working with customers for the first time in sales director at home that's how I feel like it's not the same place as we know it's deffernt work place to work in very friendly co workers good management

New Project Experience
It was a new project that I have never worked on before, good experience in an exciting department and a very self management industry. Enjoyed hour at gym with colleagues. Had a very good relationship with co-workers. Everyone will mind their work no one micro managed any juniors employees. Most challenging part of my project was very analytic and needed attention to details.

We start work at 7:30 until 5pm, we have a meeting after that and then you most likely will work after that to meet your targets. Wednesday we work until 7pm. There is no over time pay and you also work Saturdays. I, however have learnt to be disciplined and to act professional even if I feel my character is being challenged

Call center experience
It has a fun enviroment , is friendly and very positive . I like the way the day goes . It make me a very positive person and makes the enviroment also positive Working here is going to make you a very good and successful person because it gives you the oppertunity to grow your own bussiness and become your own owner .
