I got to learn how to deal with peole from all walks of life
Working hours start at 7:30 every morning. We start with a meeting then we go to the dialer to meet the deadline for that day. We are taught to lift each other up should we see one person is having a bad day so everyone can be productive, however, this is more in theory than in practice as everyone wants to outdo the next person. I have learnt to be professional at all times even when I feel I am be challenged personally

Good day please see attached cv, I have experience in different fields. I have worked as a receptionist in the admin field and call center industry. I am a hard worker , attention to detail, punctual energetic, passionate, I take ownership in all I do, honest and a very committed worker( disciplined)

Learning oppotunity
I as a leaders had to manage the team drive sales on the floor.Ensure I run a daily meeting in the Morning to drive productivity.Then constant coaching like listning to trainee calls was mandatory.Above all I also was dailing commission only salary so in terms of the workload you got to insure you maintain a healthy flow

Good opportunity
I have a high level of intellectual and innovative skills, which enable me to work to my full potential. I am a quick learner and very observant employee. New interesting experience
Typical day is when we dont have leads. Great relationship with my co-workers work good in groups. Learnt that gard work has great rewards. I enjoy the enviroment, treatment and appreciation shown by managent. The challenging aspect is selling a product to a person who is not interested and have to handle objections and convince them to buy

Great learning curve I developed myself too well
The company grew my character so well I discovered how. Much I am worth and ability of me running my own business it was amazing the people there were great no one was looked down upon at we all had the same amazing opportunity of a lifetime the promotional model made it easy to see how you grew as a person goal setting was essential and putting everything on paper it made you commit to whatever you put your mind too.

New Project Experience
It was a new project that I have never worked on before, good experience in an exciting department and a very self management industry. Enjoyed hour at gym with colleagues. Had a very good relationship with co-workers. Everyone will mind their work no one micro managed any juniors employees. Most challenging part of my project was very analytic and needed attention to details.

Excellent communication skills and leadership skills.
its great working at the unlimited everyday is not the same i learn new things and develop and grow as a leader, the environment is fun and high pace. i have a great relationship with my collegues we are more like a family we are all about motivating and helping others to achieve their dreams and goals there is no time for negativity or gossip in the office. i mostly enjoy seeing other people become successful and it makes me happier knowing that i played a part in someone elses success, the hardest aspect of my job is letting go of people in my team. working at the unlimited has broken me out of my shell i have become a much more confident person who can now actually stand infront of a crowd and run a meeting.
