Superb staff development

Amazing work environment. Great culture
We have a unique culture this allows us to lead in an exciting way.i have an excellent relationship with my Coworkers we all work together to achieve great results. I enjoy most about working for my organisation is theme days. we able to relax have a bit of fun before the weekend while still carrying out our daily functions. I would say the most challenging aspects of my job would be multi tasking as I often have to do many functions at the same time, However I have learnt time management skills which has helped me in the last few months.

Great learning curve I developed myself too well
The company grew my character so well I discovered how. Much I am worth and ability of me running my own business it was amazing the people there were great no one was looked down upon at we all had the same amazing opportunity of a lifetime the promotional model made it easy to see how you grew as a person goal setting was essential and putting everything on paper it made you commit to whatever you put your mind too.

Execellent learning opportunity and an eye openner
Nwork place is a high enrgy work place. Working hours are long but rewarding. I have a good working relationship with co workers and they were very helpful each and everyday. I have learnt how to do the sales job amd be able to develop people skills at which I learnt how to talk and build rapport with people who cant see me. I have learnt to to be patient and develop a thick skin. What I enjoyed most was tthe team buildings and the actual job and the environment. Morning meetings were always a pick up . Most challenging aspect of the job wis to be able to keep my mind clear of a negative call amd also brushing off an unproductive day,also just just to stay positive but there is also a way I have learnt from the company as to how to deal with that.a typical work day

Long hours
They dont there promises. They change there salary and com structure every second month. Hours to work change all the time. If u are single they would be the right company for you.

We start work at 7:30 until 5pm, we have a meeting after that and then you most likely will work after that to meet your targets. Wednesday we work until 7pm. There is no over time pay and you also work Saturdays. I, however have learnt to be disciplined and to act professional even if I feel my character is being challenged

I am always willing to learn to become better.
I’m the worker that gets things done, but I do love to laugh, crack a joke . I get along with everyone in my department. If I feel uncomfortable, I do raise a question. I learnt that it’s not only about the quality, but quantity plays a vital role. I create an environment that makes me happy , regardless of what’s the circumstances. Being happy urges me forward. There are times when I face problems such as the target needs to be met by the end of the day, I don’t take a break, I avoid things that will make me not progress.
Pros: I am focused on what needs to be done.
