i like my job and i enjoy because i get to interact with other people from different cultures, i respect my co-workers and we get along with them. the most challenging aspect is that too much work for me as i run a shift alone but i enjoy because i get an experience on working under pressure

Good stepping stone

working here is only good for an experience not for staying long. there are no benefits and no growth. there are poor management and the salary is too low for the responsibilities that one have. the only good thing is that the bosses are not always on your neck, you work free and manage yourself

Personal development

i like working at The Venue Country Hotel because you get to learn plenty of jobs, for instance i work as receptionist but i got an opportunity to serve people at the restaurant ( Waiter), and i learnt waitering. The most challenging aspect of this job is that as a reception you have to accept every blames for instance a guest missed her flight- you have to apologise for that. i enjoy working here because you meet new people , with different cultures and attitudes everyday and you learn how to handle and meet their expectations
