My typical day includes; Drafting daily plan (Prioritise tasks) Review and approval of non-conformances Completing deformed material reports. Daily plant walk abouts. Addressing internal and external complaints. Relationship with co-workers: I am always prepared to help the team develop its understanding of the world outside the organisation. When I encounter promising original ideas within the team, volunteer yourself to find out more about how to exploit the opportunities these ideas present. Lessons Learnt: Never hesitate but learn from my mistakes. Focusing on the most important aspect of the business which is people and customers. To feed my confidence by reflecting on prior success. Work fulfillment: Realisation and implementation of ideas. Motivating and upskilling others. Learning from new expiriences encountered each day. Working on team projects. Aligning company objectives with daily activities. Most challenging aspects of my job: Dual or multiple functions.

Cons: Resistance to change and to young management.

I have learnt how to develop new business by expanding market share and increase revenue for the company. My day to day work is to be in constant contact with role players in the industry all over African continent. relationship is well with my colleagues but normal office challenges and politics. I enjoy engaging new people from different industries and proffesions.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Unending working hours; on duty at all times including weekends
