It is great to interact with clients to ascertain their needs and supplying them with great service experience Being a "small" company, personal issues gets reflected on yourself and your co-workers. I have learned a lot how to handle "difficult" customers, and ensuring that whatever is bothering them gets resolved asap

Pros: Working with clients, and supplying them with a good service experience
Cons: Long hours, no recognition from management for the extra mile

I like to learn in the company because I bealive in growing within the company

I am strong and intelligent, like to perform work as fast as I could and also frendly to my co-workers , most importantly I like to face challenges at work and come up with a solution.

Pros: I like to involve my self in growing the company and also wiling to learn in the company
Cons: I am willing to work the expected hours

Excellent learning cuve

The company does give you the freedom to grow unfortunately they do not reward you adequately for you hard work. The company will move you into a new role but never adjust the compunsation.

Pros: None
Cons: No weekends off
