Maintain reuirements vs company costs

I have previous payroll experience and stopped working for a few months due to my child that was diagnosed with a chronic illness. I have extensifenpayroll experiwnce with a good knowledge of company policies, and the BcEA policies. Icurrenly are rwsponsible for EasyRosrer and the PRP clocking s and are responsible to drive the daily/montly hours to keep as correct as possoble..

Pros: Maintainnhours and keep salaries as low and accurate as possible
Cons: Workibg long hoyrs and weekends

Ecxellent cleaner

I'm an hard worker I'm also an outspoken person who likes to share values and moral with each ather and I'm also a motivator to ather workers I also enjoy to work as a team so that we could guird athers I also like to litsen to ather workes decisions I 'm also an present worker each an every day at work .

Learning curve

Working 12hours 3 days 3 nights 3 off. Directing visitors to their collect places. Phoning to confirm appointment. Relationship with Co workers is very good we understand each other and work very well together. You meet different people from all cultures and countries. Sometimes you get difficult tenants or rude visitors that dont understand the policy and procedures of the building.

It is great working with many people of different cultures

Typically ensuring a smooth flow of my operations I had a good relationship with my co-workers and my clients I have learnt that being trustworthy and transparent to you client create good name for you and the company Being around co-workers helping ang coaching them. To deal with conflict and calm down employees at work but it is managable

For me it was an excellent learning curve

I would begin to say I have learned a lot about electronic al devices how to connect them understand them and how each device work with the next.We are 4 technicians but we operate as one helping were one as 2 of my colleagues are seniors.And the most thing I enjoy is that every day you learn something new I'm the trade.I would say the most challenging thing about my job is to be high on a ladder.

Gained experience and management skills

Deadline driven, accurate input at all times. Ensure that managers allocate suitable shift patterns and minimise hours accordingly. Utilize daily figures according to revenue ratio's and that correct shifts are allocated daily. Liase with management and obtain feedback on shortcomings as identified. Have learned the general business principles. Understand the culture of the Company. Appreciate organisational & individual needs more. Are more custumor focussed. Adhere to deadlines at all times. Maintained confidentiality about all company and work related issues.

Pros: Have gained a strong focuss on leadership skills
Cons: No promotion and personal growth. Need to expand my financial/admin skills on more different fields

Educational and encouraging

my time here with Thorburn is of a very short cycle for I have just started working for them, and the site where I am at is off a very sensitive and high profile nature, and as a result I get to work closely with the client. I enjoy my job because I get to work with inspiring, vibrant young successful individuals who encourage one also to give it your all in life and Excell in all areas of one's life. I enjoy it it's inspiring, educational and encouraging
