Learning curve

Learned how to stay calm and keep my head down while being mentally and verbally abused for 4 years, did far more that my job desriotion was part in every section of the company but still no compensation or benefits were offered.

Pros: None
Cons: No benefits, mental abuse, under paid, fight for annual increments
