Learned how to work in a team,how to be disciplined and how to be result oriented.

A days work entails placing orders in different stores and writing and maintaining the returns as per company policy. I have a great relationship with my co workers as their leader and some of them are learning from what I'm doing.Again though thus years I've learned how to be urgent and deliver what is required of me in time.Most of the managers on the field are difficult but I've always managed to find a way to have a healthy working relationship as I put the business first.

Pros: there are learning opportunities within our company
Cons: for me growth is very slow

Given a target in 2 weeks to reach.

In sales there are lot of challenges where that you need to face. Working with people is a great opportunity. In life we learn new things everyday. Fmcg is a good challenging industry. And remember I learnt that stress is a privilege.

Pros: when doing trade shows and drives
Cons: hours are reasonable from 8 to 17:00

Good marketing skills

My current company give me full confidence about how to sell and how to merchandise stock so that will attract more customers.Im confidence now any where I can go and any company that can hire me I can do more sales.

Pros: I'm looking for a growth within the company

Its who you know its not what you know

Busy People are good the Managers need to step back and listen to themselves. I learnt things on my own what I know today no one can take it away .. most challenging is working with a boss that's not sure what she's doing. I have to keep a back up of all my thing just incase something goes wrong like always

Pros: office work 7 to 4 or 8 to 5
Cons: field work on stand by all the time no brake

Good opportunity to learn about sales & customer service

The company has good benefits, good administration & reasonable wages. Reasonable mabagement. There is no union provided but the company's proceedures don't make you feel your rights are violated. You work weekends & public holidays.

Cons: Work public holidays & there's no overtime

Great learning and development

My day to day is customer care ,staff management making quick decisions,placing orders and ensuring deliveries are on time .ensuring customer satisfaction and working as team motivating staff .
