Excellent start in the industry

I was quite fun actually, had good relationship with staff because we needed each other .. customer service ,understanding customers and meeting customers needs are just a few from many values of the company

Computer litarate,good at problem solving, team work

I was working 6 days a week,enjoyed every moment with my co workers, I have learned a lot eg shelf packing,stock rotation,dealing with returns and damages.

Pros: i hv never been promoted but atleast the company explore every one dats working for it
Cons: its ok working for long hours and it makes you gain more experience in the industry

I am a hard worker

I am a self motivated individual who is also a hardworker and a team player . I love working with people and i am a very fast learner. Ive got the ability to work under pressure.

Everyday is a different day

I completed my skills program at MSC Business College through Shoprite-Checkers Group of companies. After completion I was offered an opportunity to work as a store assistant. I started working as a merchandiser at TBFS where I'm currently working.

Hard ever working and fast learning

Woking at my company is such a great dream cause you learn a lot and you can even grow though it might takes time .I mean this work taught me to have Passion,Urgency, Discipline ,Act with integrity. And oh well with regards with my co-worker we so love each other,respect and treat everyone equal nobody is taking someone down. I've leant to work harder cause patience does pays. And I really enjoy with I'm doing in the store level . The challenge is when you don't accomplish what you're requires to get it and to reach the target . More especially when you don't product on shelfs it becomes stressful cause you need to have valid answers all the time,plus to have content of your story to make answer sound reasonable.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: 8 working hours a day and overtime if necessary
