Excellent

The one thing I like about my job, is the staff. They are all loving and careing people. We help each other where ever needed. The company's PA and I work very close with the directors. I'm working at the reception area where the directors comes in. My morning starts with making sure the reception area is clean. The I get work from the Warehouse, during the day I will assist the admin department with some admin work. The most challenging job is to keep the customers happy. Some customers can be difficuilt but I can handle them before they get to the sales counter. I love working with admin, client aswell as staff members. I have learnt to be patient, becuase you can get so much out of a customer when you calm them down.

Pros: Our company is so small there is now way to get a promotion
Cons: The distance is very far and the road is very dangerous in Malibongwe

Communication Skills

What i enjoy most with my job is that i learn different things everyday , and how i should deal with the clients mood staff, seeing them happy is my goal . a relationship with my co- workers is excellent because we all working on one goal which is we ensure at the the end of the day targets are met. the most challenging aspects of my job is when my clients are not happy at all.

Pros: being promoted from a sales coordinator to being a project coordinator.
Cons: 8-9 working hours
