12 hours a day. 3 dayshift, 3 nightshift 3 nights off.

The company doesn't pay according to law regulations. Increase is nonexistent. Hi pressure environment. Fast paced work days. Shifts change constantly. Cant plan your own life accordingly. No to little opportunities for growth.

Pros: Shifts alternation between night and day with off days
Cons: No leagal overtime. Not paid per rate. Shifts exceed normal working hours bu 0.5 of total leagal hours per month.

Excellent learning curve, but no room to grow and abuse of staff

Learned alot at timelink , however I felt abused and mistreated by the employer there was no reconigition when you met with target or completes something accurately , co workers were the best part of the job and best part of the job I learnt to handle stress and have met great people ie the co workers and gained alot of knowledge.

Pros: Company was close by to home so I avoided the major traffic
Cons: One reconigition employee were working under duress scared to lose their jobs

Excellent learning opportunity

The company I currently work for is in Logistics, I have learnt so much as it is outside of the normal BCEA. I now work with Bargaining Councils and different legislation.
