Ecellent learning curve,

My day starts at half past in the morning. My duties are to Design advertising and layout for the newspaper for the newspaper. I have a good relationship with my co-workers. We work great as a team, in making sure that the Newspaper is done accurately and on time. I have learner working under extreme pressure in able to meet deadline. I enjoy the feeling of achievement when the work is done and the newspaper is printed on time. The most challenging aspects is working under pressure.

Learmed a lot amd became a journal

Times media gave me new begginings and amaxing opportunities. I learned a lot here from the support of my colleagurs amd Editor. I was promoted a number of timrs and left as a fully published Journalist. A gesture I woll never forget. I gained a lot of skills. I left with interpersomal skills, interviewing, story writing, editing, content producing amongst a long list of slills i picmed up. I was pushed to my limits and enjoyed every bit of it. Times Media went through financial difficulties like any media company. Times are toughand some of us had to go. Will always remember and appreciate the support and knowledge gained here. Meeting deadlines was a new challenge I had to face. Jouralists are not the easiest to worm with but fine once you get the hang of it

Good working enviroment

Very busy day as I'm only 1 person working at the switchboard and we used to be 3. Good relationship with my co-workers I've learnt to work independently and also as a team player Most challenging aspect of this job is you need to maintain professionalism and have patience at all times

Good working environment, excellent team building, great exposure to media industry, excellent opportunity for growth, traveling leaning the country while making money, excellent commission structure and incentives, awards for best performance which was so encouraging, great managers easy to talk too, great skill evaluation and assessment of individuals according to their needs or lack of skill. Good opportunity to grow

Experienced customer orientated agent

Company offers flexi working ours which allows time to complete your daily task at work as well as family responsibility's, working with experienced co workers which allows you to share knowledge in order to complete daily functions professionally and customer satisfaction, very comfortable environment as well as fair leadership amongst the senior staff, info growth is limited

Excellent communicater, relationship building

Working in the fast, innovative environment requires a person to think on their feet. Build relationship with your Business Units to know what is going on from every change and element. You learn everything as everyday is not the same, aligning our self with every changes happening around and keep abreast with our competitor with the talent that we retain.

Excellent learning curve

Week days we work at the office weekend on the field. We usual work as a team. Everyday is a challenging day because their are target that you have to reach . I have learn to be independent and to enjoy working with people. The most challenging thing is working on the field because some areas are risky and dangerous
