Learning to be outside comfort zone and to be a go-getter
Working outside of allocated working hours and weekends, travelling without any bonus or extra hours payment or leave. Enjoy the responsibility of managing the schedules, payments training rosters. Keeping all the document up to date and communicating with the parents and caregivers. Visit schools in the area and promote our brand. Challenge would be the salary that doesn't cover my living costs or traveling expenses as there are no benefits other than the salary. I love setting goals and manage my time accordingly to meet my goals. I am open and willing and go the extra mile but am currently not appreciated at my work. I am still working as hard as ever but the personal satisfaction is lacking.

Do not get paid fairly
Love the kids! I do the administration and make aure that everything is ready for the afternoon classes. I make sure that we always have eniugh of everything we need. We have to pick kids up from school in etween classes, which is sometimes difficult.
Pros: Satisfying to see the kids achieve their goals
Cons: Do not get paid enough
