Being in such a busy environment, i enjoy interacting and the long silence of being busy. there is so much to learn and love the collegues. i have grown to love being at Tiso and i believe with much hardwork i can excel to much higher posistion

Amazing exposure and learning curve

General manager bias and unfair sometimes. Hard to work with. Otherwise I am ready to move out it was great being with them. Political influences enviremonet emotionally draining to be around or in premises.

Enjoying working with people .

Maintenance fitter technician . complete daily , weekly monthly and yearly maintenance schedule adhere to health and safety act . submit daily maintenance report to production management . attending to breakdown from issued job card when required . monitoring critical mechanical spares usage and arranging re ordering of spares in store ..read and interpret mechanical schematic drawing dismantle and reassemble mechanical parts .am excellent in interpersonal and organisational skills ability to work efficiently in a team and willing to share my experience and knowledge to upgrade skill willing to learn from other also .

Pros: Yes
Cons: Sometimes we have to work extra hours to get the product out which I was always willing to stay no matter what time .

Excellent working experience

Having worked within the customer care industry for over 7 years I have developed a wide range of skills that would meet, and exceed the expectations for the role. In my present role as a subscription administrator for Tiso Black Star I now have the knowledge that, including customer care , communication skill, telephone etiquette, computer literate, problem solving and dispatching experience.

Pros: Great opportunity to work in many departments
Cons: No off days
