Being involved with a family run business is so rewarding and such a way to learn from the best.working and running Titles Dvdd store in seapoint was the best opportunity I could have asked for.each day comes with different challengers including opening up the shop in the morning to computer work ,cleaning and organising cleaning ,balancing the float,answering calls,face to face customer service,stock take,ordering new movies and stationery,researching new dvds to and keeping my boss up to date . Due to ADSL nextfix and piracy we won't be open much longer .our company has a greatç relationship with each other,constant interaction ,meeting and and communication.the most challenge thing has to long hours

Best way to have learnt different skills and qualities in running a business

A typical day would entail opening up the shop to answering phone calls to filing away movies to updating customers needs and wants on the computer to research new stock and then purchasing stock...doing a stock take to handling on money and credit cards and above all making sure the customer is happy and I have been of service.ive learnt how to manage time more effectively and how to make a bad situation a positive one. Long hours was the only downfall.the staff were mainly family members so communication was easy
