Excellent learning opportunity

A great place to learn about promotions. There are no opportunities to further your career, unless you are in the Sales department. Co workers are great and there is a great organizational culture. There are no benefits for employees who aren't on thw board of directors.

Cons: No opportunity to advance your career

Lots of work, not many returns

I cold call and meet with potential clients. I tell them about our business model and how it can grow their business. I then come back to the office and brief our creative team as well as our strategy team on the needs of the client. they research and create a proposal based on my idea. I meet with our partnership team to find the right rewards to meet the brief and costs. I then present to client, they consider our proposal and decide whether or not to sign. I enjoy working with our teams, challenges include back and forth with client

Pros: meet many people
Cons: solution is a new concept, can be manipulated by the user too easily
