Great place for gaining experience

I've been working for this company since I was a teenager and it been a great experience to be an employee here, but I need to move forward with my career and get out of my comfort zone.

EXCELLENT

BEEN WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY SINCE 2013 AND IT DOESNT HIRE PEOPLE THEY JUST USING THE AGNT TO HIRE.AND SINCE I CAME TO THIS COMPANY I HAVENT SEEN ANY1 HIRED THROUGH THE COMPANY.INWHICH THERE IS NO FUTURE IN THIS PLACE,THATS WHY IM CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR ANOTHER JOB.

Great opportunities

its a flexible company witch the a more opportunities among departments they give opportunities to prove your self. in all different departments the employees collaborate and share one goal , help one another to make their department to be best, also allow team work

Working at Toll

Great company to work for, but change management is an complete failure and the company will certainly fail due to total negligence from a management viewpoint. Typical 08h00 - 16h30 work day, will include safety meetings and general day-to-day meetings. Corporate company structure, but work well with colleagues and management. Basic gained systems knowledge and the rest was teaching employee better practices and empower peers. Management is the most concerning aspect within and spiraling out of control.

Pros: Have greatest expertise in perishable export
Cons: No promotion due to profits
