Supervising 18 employee per shift with high score achievement was one of my main achievement.

I am a good understanding person,Punctual and self motivated.Able to work with different types of people with different characters and behavior. Attentive to details and accountable. Work extra hours if needs be to make sure that all targets are met and reports are generated for management. ISO standards ,HACCP, Code of conducts,Safety Health and Environment comply with legislation at all times. Willing to grow within the company's name,analyses different ideas for the growth of the company and anyone else.

Pros: I started to work at Huletts 2003,With years of solid experience and involvement in the supervisory role took me far more that what I expected in terms of promotions within the company.My promotions are as follows in no particular order.Cleaner,warehouse clerk,packing material clerk,stores issuing/receiving clerk,Technical administrator,Packing material stores supervisor,Section supervisor.It was a great pleasure for me to achieve all of these positions,Hard work Pays at the end of the day.
Cons: my normal working hours was 45 hours a week but sometimes I worked 60 hours a week.depending on the nature of the orders on that particular time.

Huletts it a company that always want to win a market battle

Tongaaat huletts is a big comoany A unionised company as a warehouse superviser it is a challenging work as employees are challenging every day including the union shopstewards questioning your decisions about operation It thought me that supervising employees older than you need to know what you are doing and when ever your take a move there are people watching your step your decision making It encouraging and every day the love for my job it keep growing as i want to grow one day to become a warehouse manager

Pros: There are opportunities but the growth will take time as there are old managers
Cons: Im working in a three shift cycle where you have to work 12 hours if your mate is on leave or sick

Excellent learning curve

I know the plant and it's hazards. I've learned and practise safety & it's standards. I have more than 10 yrs experience in a heavy industrial. I meet demanding deadline schedule.

Good training and excellent learning curve

working at the clinic as the administrator, communicate with the patients, organise their files updates them, pre-employee database up date it , order medication on SAP receive invoices ,receipt the invoices and post on SAP, do audio on the drivers to check if they can still hear while wearing ear muff, update permanents data base and their files, send out health education to all the estate offices.

Pros: goood training and skills
Cons: no long hours

Excellent learning curve

Good relationship with co-workers. Time management skills. Ive learnt to always interact with co-workers and management.Working at Huletts helps me to grow in the manufacturing company and to hamdle challenges.
