I started as security guard until store manager and I enjoy working in retail more when I server customers, good relationship with my staff members,I learn to being good listener ,understand how to solve problems,how to perform under pressure,l enjoy every moment in my work when I c customer happy,most challenging aspects is when I need to dismissing on staff member for not following company policy and procedures and we try to help her

Not so much opportunities to help grow a career

Top CD was a Good company although it lacked opportunities to help grow employees. It didn't have the capacity to create learner ship programs to a point it went bankrupt. No benefits were offered.
