A company established by two young visionaries.
My working hours are from 8:30am-5:30pm, Mondays to Fridays and Saturdays from 8:30am-1pm. My busiest days are Mondays, Tuesday and the first 10 days of every month. Reason being is that I handle the companies cash customers on a daily basis. The best part of working at Top it Up is that the directors of the company have an open door policy which makes the flow of communication much easier. It's a very laid back atmosphere, which makes it very easy for top management and low level staff to get along. Majority of the staff are not just colleagues, but also friends. The most challenging part of the job is the language barrier as 80% of the customers are foreigners, which sometime leads to frustrated frustrated customers. I have learnt a lot about customer service, administration and general clerical work, but the most important thing I've learnt is that having a good working relationship with colleagues, leads to a great day, a great week, a great month and a great year.
Pros: A great place to learn and start a career
Cons: It's a small young company with very little growth

Learning everyday about all aspect of the business
We distribute airtime and electricity as well as chips and biscuits to more 3000 stores both formal and informal stores, I work on the road going to different stores, my job is to bring the business to the company. Us sales team we are supported by technical and admin team it requires us to work well together as a team. I enjoy solving complex issues like financial issues as most of our clients used credit from our company. We work with stores which means you have to sort out their issues 365 days.
Pros: Freedom to make our own decisions as long it benefit the company
Cons: Working 365 days a year as im the link between the company and the client i bring in to the company

Totally new field n products
My typical day starts with short meeting , then i go on the road to meet my clients personally or go to new clients either with lead or area wise . i have learnt new products and have one product as my own where i give after sign up customer care and help clients with their queries . I enjoy most meeting new people on daily basis and keeping my relationship with older clients . Challenging job is to help clients whose facing problem and want it sorted at the same moment and trying to persuade them to give time to sort the problem out .
Pros: Learning about totally new product and growing yourself with it
Cons: At time somethings are out of your control no matter how hard you trying to help
