After finishing my matric in 2019, I was uncertain of what I wanted to do next. Furthering my studies was always something I pictured myself doing but because of my uncertainty as to what I wanted to study I decided to take a gap year and got a job at Topeka Spur. This experience was extremely exciting as this was my first official job. My time at the company was good as I was constantly interacting with different people which was one of my main highlights at spur as I love socializing with people as i believe that i am able to learn so much from those around me. The job brought with some challenges such as having to wake up early as I made use of public transport. Other challenges also included miscommunication between employers and employees as people became to familiar with one another. All in all I enjoyed my time at Topek spur but now I am ready for a new.

Pros: Very relaxed working environment
Cons: Long working hours

I work at Topeka Spur and this year is my second year. I get paid weekly. We get bonuses every year

I work at Topeka Spur at Kenilworth centre and this year is my second year. We are more than 100 employees. I am getting paid weekly. I work 6 days a week no weekends off.

Pros: I have learnt a lot but it is not what i am looking for. It Do have any challenges
