Good experience but i could do more

ok company but my values and the company values are not aligned. co workers are good. not much i enjoy, maybe conversations with patients, especially at onsite screenings. Not much to learn and grow because of company being franchise and only dealing own products

Pros: nice seniors to learn from, esp marketing wise,e ive learnt a lot.

LIFE AT THE PRACTISE

COMING TO WORK AND GIVING MY BEST IS WHAT I DO EVERYDAY. SOMTIMES THINGS CAN GET HECTIC BUT I COMFORT MYSELF WITH JUST TO STAY CALM AND TO MAKE DOUBLE SURE OF WHAT I AM DOING. I HAVE A VERY GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CO WORKERS WE NORMALLY HELP EACH OTHER TEAM WORK IS ALWAYS GOOD NERVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY FELLOW CO WORKERS. I HAVE LEARNT A LOT FROM RECEPTIONIST TO EYE WEAR CONSULTANT THAT MUST TELL YOU ALOT ALREADY. I ENJOY THE MOST TO HELP PATIENTICE WHEN THEY COME TO OUR PRACTISE I AM VERY GOOD IN ASSISTING WITH PEOPLE AND DEALING WITH THEM RUDE ONCE INCLUDED. THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECTS IN MY JOB IS TO DEAL WITH DIFFICULT PEOPLE ON A REGULAR BASIS.

Pros: VERY FAST LEARNER WILL DO MY BEST TO GIVE IT MY ALL WHEN IT COMES TO MY WORK.
Cons: WONT BE ABLE TO WORK LONG HOURS AND WEEKENDS.

Excellent learning curve

I learnt how to be a more versatile individual, as well as working closely with people of different ethnicity & personalities. I've enjoyed the privilege of being able to use my computer skills a lot when any IT issues arose.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn & meet new people

Great experience

Work well with staff as a family. great to interact with staff and customers. Liaison with medical aids and customers. Enjoy working with all different types of people young ,old different backgrounds.

Excellent customer service

Basic step for dealing with clients is communication because both service provider and the client can avoid any misunderstanding if they communicate. Problem solving and decisions making because sometimes I only one staff on duty so as an individual I have to deal with every thing that is happening to the practice and make sure that everyone is getting sufficient service

Pros: Good opportunity to deal with different people every day
Cons: Long working hours and working on holidays

It is a great learning curve to work at torga optical

to work with people it is been my dream so torga optical gave me that opportunity to express my self,to gain that confidence,and relationship that i have with the other staff

Excellent learning curve

I have many years of work experience in the fields of administrative duties as well as being a receptionist. I am a dedicated hard worker and I am very organized in my work environment. I am a fast learner and a team player. I push myself to the extreme to achieve my goals and company targets. I have allot of experience in working face to face with clients and building new relationships for the company networking. I will benefit your company because I am the best at what I do.
