A Great environment for Career growth

Joined Total in 2014, as an intern after graduating. Got a to experience the corporate world for the first time with Total,received by a very excellent team of young people who where passionate about their jobs, not too long I got my hands dirty and started working in Credit risk. The team supported me to grow, and became one of the high potential from the pool of all intens joined in that year. At the end of my internship Total introduced the Young Graduate Program exchange for Africa, I was considered to go and work in Zimbabwe for a year which was a great opportunity to learn and share my knowledge from the previous role. In Feb 2016 I was back in South Africa and back at Total South Africa, Appointed as a budgeting and reporting analyst, this role extended my knowledge in the management accounting role. My colleges are a very supportive and fun in fact there is never a dull day at the office with them. My managers appreciate my efforts every day and support me to grow.

Pros: My grade will be upgraded in March
Cons: During the budgeting process and month end we work very long ours

Excellent learning curve

make sure the calls are answered on time and speedy response is given to customer Placing customers orders and making sure they are accurate Resolving customer complaints. logging of maintenance calls We have a great team and excellent working spirit I have learned through this whole experience that customer s are the most important people for the business to surfice The most thing i enjoy about my job is leaving a customer with a smile and making their day. Difficult aspect would be dealing with sometimes negative clients or customer complaints.

Pros: get to provide excellent service to customers
Cons: Rude, and not appreciative customer despite the effort taking to assist.

Excellent environment to work at

njjjjjjjjjjjwwwhich involves more than 80% of travelling every week. The company is very team oriented and I have a good working relationship with my colleagues. I have acquired great skills in dealing with difficult customers and I enjoyed the most when my team completes the projects ahead of schedule. The most challenging aspects of the job is meeting tight deadlines.qwoow

I learnt alot like receiving pipeline, trainings.Relationship with co-work was good

The work was so nice and also my co-working were playing a good team work the were abit of overloading of kob but i was used to it as as i was started to enjoy the work

Multifocused dynamic job profile

A typical working day involves managing the forecourt and cafe as well as employees. Back office maintenance; end of day reports/sales/pricing/promotions/stock.control and deliveries Supervicing stock take and merchandising Staff relations The best part of the job is the flexibility and diversity of duties. You never have a bored moment and the environment is fast paced and demanding. The most challenging part of the job is balancing time. It requires extended working hours because it is a 24/7 service

I believe in adding value in the company, being a mediator,Objectives,

Team Following company Rules and procedures accordingly, Inducting contractors and visitors on site. Aiming high so that we can all reach our Objectives as one team not having one pulling in his or her direction. Investing accidents and incidents on Giving others opportunity to learn and trying to understand them to avoid conflicts. Letting everyone to come up with ideas and drawing them down .Letting team to use their skills.

Excellent learning experince regarding workplace safety, and how to behave in a work environment

Weighing of raw material. Sampling raw material. Samplinging finished product to check for conformity. Blending greases and lubricants. Recieving raw material acording to procedure and dispatching​ finished product. Dipping and sampling of tanks. Flushing of tanks. Housekeeping. Working according to 5s procedure.

Friendly environment. Need to improve in handling employee matters.

Friendly environment. Easy for one to perform their duties, but need to improve in handling employee matters. Technology is made available to make work easier. Good management turnover to allow fresh ideas.
