Because travel changes all the time the change sometimes comes at the expense of the consultant. The challenge is also when theres a grey line,things are not always black or white there must just be an expectation for some people and other things.

Pros: room for growth
Cons: staff shortage = being over worked

Excellent learning curve

The company is more profit orientated as opposed to being productivity focused.Operation is a huge cchallege as each account operates differently therefore needs to be treated as such.
