Compile Strategic Business plans and run desk as own company Sourcing suitable candidates via networking, advertising and referrals Business Development & Client Retention Develop strong relationships with clients and ensure optimal growth and development of clients. Obtaining and qualifying job specs from clients Interview, prepare CV’s of suitable candidates and do reference checks, credit and criminal checks Growing candidate pool and market top talent to suitable Companies Operations and Management of the overall recruitment process. Manager the job offer process and negotiate salary packages and benefits Management of Contracts and SLA’s. Advertising of jobs using social networks, job portal sites. Advise clients and Candidates on market trends, skills development and recruitment tools and techniques.

Group/team workingn experience

Working hours was very reasonable in terms of Basic Condition of Employment Act and I do enjoy each and evry hour of work at Tower Group. I lean a lot compare with my previous employer in terms of working in the private company and hard workingwas shared wit co- workers while we strive to meet deadlines.

Pros: I can become a supervisor in any company after working with Tower Group
Cons: I can able to work long hours as normal aalthough becomes a challenge but in order to meet target, its work.

Gained great experience

This company has allowed me to liaise with people on a day to day basis. I have grown from strength to strength in this job and have gained experience that has allowed me to move forward in a company with more growth. I've worked well with me employees not having a problem with any one of them.
