Excellent working experience within the Toyota group with lots of opportunities.

I'm currently working for Toyota Boshoku as a Section Manager for both Polyurethane and Injection Moulding department. My position as a very challenging one, as Polyurethane process is about mixing of two chemicals together (Pistol + Isocyanate) to produce a Polyurethane foam. Getting the mixing ratios correct is the key to produce a good quality product. The Injection Moulding process is my speciality as I have more than 20 yrs of experience on this field. I truly enjoy challenging positions as they turn to build a person in many ways.

Pros: Kaizens are monthly monitored, resulting in continues improvements
Cons: We do work long hours, during the week as well as on weekends.

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE

Great Environment which has new challenges everyday which keeps one on his toe... Daily Routine Management is one of the key used to Manage Production and follow ups of previous day performance. Always striving to achieve or be better than the day before.

Great exposure

Working for Toyota Boshoku for the last 2,5 years has capacitated me with valuable exposure, including being measured at a global scale. I started as a training specialist, then promoted to training manager and now heading HR and Training. I have contributed to transformation and implemented initiatives that contributed to compliance .The company has also contributed in moving me from my comfort zone, now I am confident with engaging with union, facilitation. Some of my highlights through working for Toyota Boshoku is being certified as a master trainer of Toyota Boshoku Problem Solving methodology & contribution I have in transformation. What I mostly enjoy about my work is the value I add to the organization & employees.

Good learning curve

Time management, relationship with my core workers is more effective. I had learnt about self discipline and honest. I enjoy contiguous improvement, furthermore challenging is quality and stable delivery to customer.

AS I HAVE STARTED WITH TOYOTA BOSHOKU , IT HAS BEEN A GREET EXPERIANCE, IVE LEARNT A LOTS IN SUCH A WAY THAT IM ABLE TO WORK UNDER PRESSURER BECAUSE WE COMPILE ,MONTHLY REPORT FOR END OF SHIFT REPORT..

Pros: VERY GOOD IN ALL MICROSOFT, EXCELL,AND WORD
Cons: I WORK 8 HOURS BUT I CAM ALSO WORK MORE THAN THAT IF REQUIRED
