Excellent learning curve

I was responsible for giving work to 40 co- workers and oversee their work on a day to day basis. My relationship with my co-workers was good and we had a good communication between us.

Good learning curve

My typical day started at 07h00 in the morning.I started giving the manager a planning of what my day will be like and what will be done. I communicated wit all the team leaders and co-workers on the days work load and what needs to be done.

Pros: no room for promotion.
Cons: long working hours
