Excellent Learning curve

I currently work on all Microsoft office tools, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, and improving my skill set daily. Pulling reports, compiling invoices, and performing most adhoc admin duties is in daily work day. Time management is what I’m good at, got a great track record with deadlines, always handing in before the time. An office environment is where i see myself grow, it’s more of a passion to work with a team in a office environment. I handle call queries, worked in a fast-paced inbound call centre which help develop a professional telephonic phone etiquette. Currently studying to study at College SA to obtain my CompTia certificate,N+, A+ certificates i am passionate about computers and technology. Thank you

Excellent Learning Curve

I took the job after wanting a break from the Manufacturing world. it has been a steep learning curve. it is a very deadline driven job and challenging as well. co-workers have been great and very helpful. Although i always put in the overtime when necessary the hours have been very long on a daily basis and i feel i need to find something which requires overtime at certain periods but not all the time. i feel i need some work life balance which i currently am lacking.

Pros: great opportunity to learn and grow within organisation
Cons: long working hours in our dept

TRAFICC

TRAFICC is a great place to work, it has a good vibe as well as a strict work ethic. The directors are actively involved and has a good working relationship with the staff. I have many things about the intricacies of the insurance industry in my 4 years with the company as I have been involved in development of procedures and building relationships with clients both locally and abroad.
