Passionate about training and human development
Monitor learnership that is taking place. Calling to check if facilitator arrived at work, the unit standard he is training on the day , check learners evaluation of training, order material. I also liase with the Seta team to ensure that learners are registered with the relevant seta. Ensure that POE are submitted for assessment and moderation on time.

Regional short course administrator
i enjoy working for the company although they dont pay much, i have a good relationship all all staff members from low level managemnt to top level management, i have learnt to be more assertive, paying attention to detail and to be more accurate, i enjoy travelling and assiting with projects and the most challenging aspect of the job is dealing with difficult clients who do not listen

Good and hard worker

Learning more about working with diverse team
It is a great company to work for because you get challenged and the opportunity for self growth are limitless... sometimes you don't get proper training to execute tasks that makes you think on your feel and be more proactive

Hard wroking, dedicated
i get to wrok at around 7.30 i have learnt over the years at being at Training Force how to really work under pressure and with many deadlines weekly, i am good with other people and working alone. we are trained here to wrok under pressure as this is a training company and everything needs to go according to the way the Seatas want adn the clients. we aim to keep clients happy.

I am a fast learner and very adaptive
O started as an intern, once I was able to do the work alone, my manager at the time entrusted me with the reception desk. Here I gained time management as I would have to be the first one at the office, I gained people skills because it was a big company. A few months after, one of the Administrators left and I took their position as Project Administrator, doing the at I was trained by the other administrators but I soon got the hang of it. I worked with clients, had access to the server where I captured learner results or did my ordering on. While being the Administrator, my manager then gave me another job which was the Co-ordination and with being the Administrator and Co-ordinator, I learned multitasking and I adapted to both jobs very quickly.

Challenging but gained a lot of experience
Being part of MANCO allowed me to be part of a team that was spearheading change management for organisational effectiveness and a high-performance culture. I was intimately involved in daily operations, and the pandemic allowed me to stretch my skills as a manager as well as operate on a more day-to-day business operational basis. My coworkers are hardworking, friendly and welcoming. The most challenging aspect was the change management in style of leadership that was overcome through strategic, open and honest communication with our staff and clients.
